Whistleblowers to meet Sept. 18-20 in Washington, D.C.

Whistleblowers and whistleblower advocates will gather in Washington, D.C., September 18, 2011–for the 2011 Washington Whistleblower Assembly.

The International Association of Whistleblowers is organizing a program of activities for Sunday, September 18 (1:00 pm to 5:00 pm) at the Martin Luther King, Jr., Library, 901 G Street, NW.

Dr. Donald Soeken, President of the Whistleblower Support Fund, will speak about the Fund’s latest project, the International Whistleblower Archive. The schedule for Monday and Tuesday includes presentations by whistleblower advocacy groups at locations on Capitol Hill. Details are available from the Make It Safe Coalition/Campaign.

This is an excellent opportunity for whistleblowers to network with advocacy organizations and Congressional staffers.
